Usually, with conditions. Fiberglass and mineral wool are accepted. Vermiculite insulation in a pre-1990 attic is a different question — it may contain asbestos and must be tested before anything touches it. Confirm with your hauler before you load it, because a rejected load is billed to whoever rented the container.
