Can you put pesticides, solvents and pool chemicals in a dumpster?
Direct answer
No. Pesticides are named universal waste in the federal rules, and the rest are household hazardous waste. Pool chlorine is an oxidiser that can react with other things in the load. This one is federal, so it is the same answer in all fifty states. There is a correct destination for it that is not a landfill.
