Level load
Definition
Debris filled no higher than the container rim, so the load can be tarped for transport. A legal requirement, not a preference.
What else to know about level load
A heaped container is the single most common reason a pickup fails. The driver cannot secure the load, so it stays on your driveway and you pay for the wasted trip.
