Dry run fee
Definition
A charge for a truck that arrives and cannot deliver or collect — blocked driveway, parked car, overloaded container, locked gate.
What else to know about dry run fee
Also called a trip charge. The commonest cause is a container filled above the rim, which cannot be legally tarped and so cannot leave.
