Driveway protection
Definition
Boards or mats laid under a container’s rails and the truck’s wheels to spread the load and prevent cracking or gouging of a driveway.
What else to know about driveway protection
A loaded roll-off truck concentrates several tons onto a small contact area. Asphalt in summer heat is the highest-risk surface, and the damage is not usually covered by the hauler.
