What to watch for
This is the company behind a large share of the city-level permit and pricing pages that rank for local dumpster searches — including a permit fee for Oshkosh, Wisconsin that is written as though it came from the city and does not appear on the city’s permit page. Treat their per-city regulatory claims as marketing, and verify with the municipality.
What being a broker means for you
Owns no trucks. Takes your order and subcontracts a local hauler — frequently the same hauler you would have found yourself — then keeps the difference between what you paid and what they pay the hauler.

How to confirm it yourself: Two reliable signals: the company covers hundreds of cities in states with no plausible shared fleet, and the person on the phone cannot name the landfill. A third is on the truck — if the container that shows up has a different company’s name painted on it than the one you paid, you used a broker.
